Wellness is one of the biggest factors when it comes to live a happy, fulfilled, healthy and abundant life. There is going a big stigma around wellness that it is hard to practice. It’s an unnecessary weight on your shoulders, work through your emotions and let your past go. What is passed, is no longer here. Focus on present moment, make your life better now by practicing being more aware of how you feel now. Ask yourself what do you really want from your life and act on it.

There are way too many little souls who are left behind in this lifetime. And there is no need to buy a new pet from animal selectioners. Take a dog or cat from animal shelter, their happiness will be everything! You will save someone’s live, which is the most compassionate thing you can do on this Earth. Take  good care of them and enjoy having a friend of a lifetime. If we talk about wellness and happiness in this case, a pet will help you have a happier life – more walks, more playtime, more cuddles, more love!
